Placement for students in the Lane ESD Transition Program is determined by the IEP team. The team decides if this setting would be the most appropriate and least restrictive In supporting the student’s individual educational goals. The expectations for students in the Transition Program is that each individual will strive to reach the highest level of independence possible in preparation for independent and supported living.
