Welcome to the Lane ESD Transition Program

Welcome to the Transition Program website. The Transition Program is part of the Lane ESD Life Skills Education Program. We are dedicated to serving moderately and severely disabled students from 19 through age 21.

LTD Bus Rides

Some of our students ride the LTD bus in order to get them to their activities while they practice independent travel.
